a. How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made using the “Book a Bunk” button. Please fill up the booking form and a booking confirmation will be emailed to you once it is processed.

For last-minute or late bookings, call us at (65) 62477340 for availability.

b. I did not receive my email confirmation.

It is possible that the email confirmation is sent to your junk mail folder.

We usually respond to your request within an hour. We thank you for your patience.

c. Do I need to pay for my reservation before arriving?

No, we collect payment upon arrival.

However, a 50% pre-payment deposit is required for group bookings. Deposits are made via Paypal. It is secure and we have a very flexible cancellation policy – refunds are given only if cancellations are within 7 days of notification.

Please note that, due to PayPal terms and conditions, for deposit payment made more than a month ago, there is an additional 5% PayPal admin fee to process your refund.

d. Do we provide group discount?

Yes, we do. To qualify, the group needs to be at least 7 people and staying for at least 3 nights.

e. How do I cancel my reservation?

We appreciate if you could drop us a courtesy email at info@betelbox.com, if you decide to cancel your reservation. So we can call off the welcome wagon.

f. Is there an age limit to stay at Betel Box?

We don’t restrict guests by their age however those under 18 years old needs to be accompanied with an adult.
