WOW - words cannot describe the work & efforts gone into making this by far one of the best hostels i've come across.
Tony, you are amazing and I hope to return one day so I can hear how all your plans & ideas are coming along.
I LOVE SINGAPORE - you guys have made a home away from home, and I will be visting again soon!

It's my first visit to singapore.. and
I'm having a good time here..Singapore is
a nice city, it's very clean and neat, everything is going on its track i think..
Betelbox??Cool place!People who work here are very kind...there are tony, camilla, dinesh...they're great..hehe

YO! I've stayed here many times and it remains one of the best hostels I have been to. Have just seen the new photos of the pool table and foosball.... which means I will have to come back again for sure to give Tony's arse a good kicking. Just cheking the website and the pics brings back good memories and makes me want to get back on the road in Asia again.

| Tony IS a legend, but he's not very good at foosball. Play him for beer, and you can drink for free! I'm sad to be leaving the Betel Box, but at least I know where I'll stay when I come back to Singapore. The staff here were trained by the hospitality master, Tony. Tony has an uncanny ability to know what everyone needs to be happy. So just trust his judgement and you'll have a great time. The tree top walk in Tony's nature tour was my favorite part of the trip. And hanging out at the hostel was QUITE enjoyable. Drink a lot of Tiger. Snack on red bean buns and rice dumplings wrapped in banana leaves. |

The staffs were friendly and they were at their best to give the best. And the hostel was excellence. I was certainly feeling at home with this one. A snugger, with a good selection of cold beers and soft drinks to cool you off from the heat out in the hustling and bustling streets. And much to my delight, guests were getting the friendliness atmosphere there and were courting each other. haha
i live in Japan now but was glad there was such a place here to come back to. Thanks to Tony and the whole bunch there. See you again Singapore. |
