Philosophy
The legacy of the British in Singapore are now not normally found in the older neighbourhoods of Singapore. We aim to reintroduce this and to also create more fusions of our colonial past.
Our Chefs
The kitchen team is led by Uncle Ben Teoh; a seasoned and well-known Peranakan chef of over 25 years. Uncle Ben is born and bred in the Katong neighbourhood and have worked in various well-known Peranakan and Eurasian restaurants. Assisting him are 3 chefs who come from European, Japanese and Asian culinary training and professional chefing.

Desserts
Our Pastry Chef Esther was trained in Switzerland and have 7 years of professional experience in various 5 star hotels and restaurants. We do not have a fixed desserts menu but rather have a seasonal menu based on availability of fresh ingredients and of festivals & celebrations in Singapore.
